(54) MAGNETIC CIRCUIT OF A MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular, to devices for creating a magnetic field in magnetic separators. The magnetic separator magnetic system is known, which includes a coil, cores and two parts of magnet bog iron E-shaped foryyr. The magnetic circuit of the separator is also known, including two small T-shaped elements made of Magnetic magnet magnetic and forming an air gap, and Permanent magnets that are placed on both sides of the air gap and are connected through the poles of the magnets with T-shaped elements to form a closed magnetic circuit 2. A disadvantage of the known magnetic circuits is magnetic flux scattering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process of magnetic separation due to the concentration of lines of force in the air gap. The goal is achieved by the fact that the permanent magnets on each side of the air gap are pairwise connected by parts made of magnetically soft iron and facing each other with opposite poles, with the part made of magnetically soft iron made T-shaped. The drawing shows the proposed magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit includes two elements 1 and 2 T-shaped, placed with a gap, and made of. The magnet of soft iron, permanent magnets 3-6, connected two on each side of the gap by parts 7 and 8 with the formation of a closed magnetic circuit, with the permanent magnets in pairs facing each other with opposite signs. This provides the opposite polarization of elements 1 and 2, Element 1 has polarity N, element 2 has polarity S. Constant magnets 3-6 are located on both sides from the neutral zone passing between the poles of the T-shaped elements . This arrangement of magnets eliminates the occurrence of streams of scatter from the poles of the T-shaped elements to the poles of the magnets and contributes to the concentration of magnetic field lines in the interpolar gap. allows to obtain a magnetic field, the magnetic induction of which in the middle of the gap is 10,000 Gs, and at the edges - 10,150 Gs.
Thus, placing the magnets on each side of the gap in pairs and connecting them with parts of a magnetically soft material makes it possible to eliminate magnetic flux scattering and, consequently, increase the efficiency of the magnetic separation process.
